Quiet on the keys.
Unfortunately during the 2013 I was diagnosed with Glandular fever and I wrote myself off for the season. During that time I moved down to Adelaide with my girlfriend, Amehlia and we are both happily living together, (well so she tells me haha). During the 9 months I've been lucky enough to start up my own coaching business Melzer Multisport Racing which has been a booming success. Taking the time off competing has done wonders for me. Not only has it given me a break mentally and physically, its given me time to get my own squad up on its two feet and allowed me to settle into Adelaide, the new place I call home. Although I think the break has done me most is im now even more hungry then I was before. Im now back into full training and I have my sights set on another world championship. But first there are a few hurdles to jump over first. Ill be looking to take out the under 23 national duathlon championship in Oct 2014 here in my backyard of Adelaide. I know ive been quiet on the keys of late but watch this space as I build up to my next World Championship.
